The room was spotless and huge with external bathroom and the overall experience was nice! Location: the hotel was next to the city centre, the Cantonese restaurant downstairs, and downtown.

The restaurant staff were really good, providing individualized breakfast offerings that showcased locally sourced ingredients.

Our room faced a busy main road, letting in some traffic noise which might disturb light sleepers.

Had an external bathroom that might catch some off guard. Not a huge hassle for me but could surprise others. The shower takes a while to get hot after flushing the toilet, which can be annoying if you're in a hurry. Noticeable traffic noise might disrupt light sleepers, especially during busy hours.

Really good attention to cleanliness in all areas.

The location is super convenient, just a few mins walk from the train station, a big plus! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and comfy, and they even had oat milk...  

The best part was the amazing dining experience. I enjoyed every meal I had there, especially the breakfast options which were fantastic. The personalized service from Sandra. She took the time to recommend local attractions and even prepared an individualized breakfast just for me. The room was bright, clean, and cozy, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the USB charging ports in the room, which are a nice touch. There were a couple of hiccups. The external bathroom could catch some guests off guard, and I noticed a bit of noise from the street during the night. It was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely return.

Clean and well-maintained rooms, with really good staff that provided friendly service and good dining. The restaurant serves fantastic meals.

Some noise from nearby traffic was noticeable, and limited parking options may pose a challenge for those with vehicles.

I absolutely loved the kind attention to detail from the staff! My room was cozy, and I enjoyed the delicious locally made food. Just a bit noisy from traffic at times. 😊

Fabulous family vibes

This place is really something! Everyone makes you feel at home, and they genuinely care. The rooms are super comfy, and I loved that there's a small bar area by the restaurant. Dinner was a hilarious adventure with new vegan options I didn't expect! Only downside was the heating, could be better for chilly nights.
